George D. Fleming is a highly skilled and experienced individual who has dedicated his career to serving his country and ensuring the safety and security of others. As a US Army veteran, Fleming has a wealth of military experience, having served as an armor crewman, MACP/CQC instructor and urban warfare instructor. He deployed to Iraq from 2009 to 2010, where he received the Combat Action Badge, Army Commendation Medal, and multiple Army Achievement Medals for his exceptional service and bravery.

After leaving the military, Fleming transitioned into the private sector, where he continued to make a significant impact in the field of safety and security. He served as the Safety and Security Manager for Sizemore Incorporated, Safety and Security Supervisor for Nissan manufacturing, and Assistant Director of Safety and Security for StoneCrest Medical Center. In these roles, Fleming displayed a strong commitment to ensuring the well-being of individuals and protecting valuable assets.

In addition to his work in safety and security, Fleming furthered his education and professional development by attending the Academy for Private Protection and Security in Nashville, Tennessee. He earned certifications in armed security operations and private protection, enhancing his skills and expertise in the field.

Fleming's dedication to service does not stop there. He also served as the Field Operations and Education Supervisor for a local EMS company and currently holds the position of Operations Specialist for the West Virginia Military Authority. In addition, he serves as an instructor for the WV Future Leaders Program, mentoring and guiding the next generation of leaders.
